The Future Of Social Media Leads Lab

So what’s next?
As Social Media Leads Lab has been winding down, I have been building a new community, and lot of members have asked if there is a way to continue working together in this new space.
The new community is called “Done By Lunch Entrepreneurs,” and it’s built around the idea of building a business you can run in half the time so you can be “done by lunch,” and also have time for other things that bring you joy, whether it’s family, your health, volunteering or even binging trashy TV shows!
But we don’t do that through trying to be more efficient, we do it by building your business out of High Leverage Assets, or HLAs, like YouTube & Podcasts. These are the keys to true time freedom.
And while some members are repurposing clips of that content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, that is not the focus. So if those are your primary platforms, it’s probably not the right fit for you.
However if you are already focusing on YouTube, podcasts or other High Leverage Assets, it might be a great fit!

If that’s you, stay in Social Media Leads Lab. It will continue through May 31, 2025, and everyone still there at the end will get ongoing access to the content at no extra cost. You won’t be billed again after May 1st.
But the community will close down on May 31, 2025. You can consider joining our new community then if it’s a good fit (more info below).

Continue with your Social Media Leads Lab membership until it closes. You’ll continue to have Jerry Potter’s support through May 31, 2025, and all the content after that (which is full of strategies that will continue to work).

What are the main differences between Social Media Leads Lab and Done By Lunch Pro?
The biggest differences between Social Media Leads Lab (SMLL) and Done By Lunch Pro (DBLP):
- SMLL was content focused and had support, while DBLP is community and support focused
- SMLL was relevant for all businesses and all social networks, while DBLP is for Online Entrepreneurs* whose is are at least partly focusing on YouTube or a podcast
- SMLL was hepful for people starting a business as well as established businesses, while DBLP is for established Online Entrepreneurs**
*I define an online entrepreneur as someone who primarily finds and serves their clients online
**There is no requirement to prove that you have an established online business. Some members have had previous businesses or lots of experience elsewhere but are just getting a new online business going. Everyone is welcome to join – just be ready to rise to the level of the community.
How much more does Done By Lunch Pro cost?
For most members of Social Media Leads Lab, the new membership is less expensive.
The founding rate of Done By Lunch Pro is $99/quarter, and you will always keep the rate you joined with as long as you continue as a member – even if prices go up for new people in the future.
What trainings are included with Done By Lunch Pro?
Done By Lunch Pro is a mission, community and support focused membership – not content focused. Most members have already purchased a course separately they are using as a guide, or already have a strategy and just want to add the community and support in case they get stuck.
But we are all focused on designing a business that requires less work while making more money, what I call a “done by lunch” business.
That being said, you’re very likely to learn from our Growth Meetups, What’s Working Now updates, First Friday Feedback sessions, and community discussions.
Is the price going to go up on me in the future?
No, the price you join with is yours as long as you stay a member, even if the price goes up in the future for new people.
Do you offer monthly or annual options?
We are currently not offering annual options because the price is already deeply discounted as we build this community of awesome online entrepreneurs.
And we are not offering monthly because this program is not for “tire-kickers.” The biggest benefits will probably kick in during your second month and beyond. Nobody is going to build a “done by lunch business” in a month.
What happens if I'm a Modcasters+ member?
Modcasters+ was a separate program that some Leads Lab members joined to focus on their podcasts.
Since modcasting also include putting your podcast on YouTube, we wanted to give members access to more YouTube resources and support too – so in early 2025 Modcsaters+ merged into what is now the Done By Lunch Pro membership.
In short, if you were a Modcasters+ member you are already a Done By Lunch Pro member and if you want to continue no action needs to be taken.
If I'm in an Leads Lab Progress Pod, can I stay with my same group in the new program?
Obviously we can’t guarantee who stays and goes, but if you are currently in a Progress Pod in Leads Lab and join Done By Lunch Pro, you are welcome to stay in the same group, at the same time, with the same people.
