Our official policy is we want people to attend at least 3 meetings per month.

If someone doesn’t show up and didn’t let you know, please email them to check in and make sure everything is okay.

If it happens 3 weeks in a row, please let us know at support@fiveminutesocialmedia.com. We will reach out to them.

If someone misses 4 weeks in a row without communicating with anyone, let us know and we will remove them from the Pod.

Progress Pods are a cameras on, engaging experience. If some does not have their camera on, please invite them to turn it on, explaining that it is important for the group, as though it is an in-person meeting. 

Obviously nobody would sit at an in-person meeting with a blanket over their face. 🙂

Occasionally someone is not feeling well or having an off day, and I think it’s fine for them to have their camera off, but they should have their microphone on and stay engaged.

As the Pod Captain, I’ll leave those situations up to you on a case-by-case basis, but in general, someone having their camera off regularly shouldn’t be part of the group as it can mess up the dynamic for everyone else.
